I cannot recommend John Pozza enough. I made a choice that should have landed me in jail, I didn't even understand the scope of how bad my case was because I was so intoxicated at the time of the incident. I have 2 kids depending entirely on me and if I went to jail or lost my job there is no one to take care of them. I got help for the drinking, first and foremost, I will never touch alcohol again. But as far as saving the rest of my life, John Pozza worked so hard to give me a chance at life and saving my kids and job and home and I cannot thank him enough. I don't know how he did it, but he did.

When my fiance Michael and I first met John and Tammy they helped us so much. They opened their arms to us and not once did they try to take advantage of us in any type of way. Every question that we had asked they would answer even if we sometimes repeating the question in a different way because of our nerves. They were always patience and very understanding that this was our first time being in any situation like this. They even found ways that we could save money  when it can to filing court paperwork. They were not only our attorney but they were like family too. They worked for us every step of the way. John even drove from Murrieta Ca to Los Angees Ca to handle our case.
